Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original PlantBox packaging, ensuring live plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
